Sludge is a creature born out of radioactive waste. He has no control over his limbs and his body will change shape as it sees fit in order to survive. Although maddening he will often switch allegiancies depending on whats best for him. Often he is hunted down by mankind and so he is forced to fight against them... a villain out of necessity rather than choice.
