This... is a magician. A very powerful magician indeed. However, this mage is so powerful that when performing a shrinking spell on a band of miscreants the made contact with him as well and well... he shrunk into a miniature version of himself. So strong was the spell that even he cannot undo its effects. But he continues to fight for good, embracing the new size and using it to his advantage.
