The concept of Mimech is quite simple. He was designed by evil scientists to take over the world! He has the ability to download ANYBODY'S body, attributes, and likeness, and mimic them in every possible way. Understandably, the ingenuity of his design and built in world domination algorithms made him impossible to control and thus he has been let lose on the world. He is amongst us somewhere... plotting... planning.
