Once a flamboyant dancer for a prestigious dance company, Mr. Whippy's rise to heroism came after a mighty fall. One scene that he was dancing in called for him to whip a girl with a towel, as it turns out he was quite the natural when it came to towel whipping. He struck the female dancer so hard that she broke her spine and was sent hurtling off stage into the fifth row of the audience. He was immediately out-casted by society. Devastated by what he had done he decided that he would give back to the community. Using the gift that had gotten him into so much trouble in the first place, Mr. Whippy would prance his way up to the foulest and most menacing villain, only to towel whip them into oblivion!
