House at the End of the Street (2012) - Mark Tonderai

Synopsis:
Elissa and her mother move into a new neighborhood to start a new life together. The house next door used to belong to a couple who had been murdered by their teenage daughter. When the couple's son befriends Elissa she learns that there is much more to the story.

House at the End of the Street would probably disappoint most horror buffs as it brings a fairly unoriginal story and obvious twist. Its shooting style is more similar to that of 90210 than it is to any decent film that tries to submerge the viewer in the horror element. It safely follows all the cliches and it just doesn't feel like anybodies heart is in it. A couple decent performances and an interesting antagonist role (which eventually gets thrown out of the window anyway) but its not enough to make this anything memorable.
