Day 42. St. Valentine 2nd

This hero has quite the attitude problem. But so would you if you were forced to don a pink skin tight suit and prance about with a sword named Lover's Truth. St. Valentine 2nd is a victim of inheritance. His parents found out that they were related to the original saint and so decided to name there son after him. In doing so an ancient legend came to fruition. For St. Valentine was in fact a Super Hero, a very camp one at that. He would run around in a leotard and battle against anyone who opposed love. When he died he claimed that the next person in his blood line who shared the same name would be shown the way to the Lover's Truth sword, the Leotard of Love and the Really Pretty Shield, and would have to continue on the same work. Valentine 2nd, almost 1700 years later, stumbled across the sword, leotard (of which he extended the legs and arms to save some of his masculinity) and shield, and now... basically... begrudgingly goes about saving relationships. On the side though he mostly enjoys crime fighting work. It is here that having an attitude becomes a good thing, because if a criminal were to make fun of St. Valentine's costume then they would find them selves, quite embarrassingly, beaten half to death with the Really Pretty Shield.
