Dual-Shock's mother was experimented on with high-voltage rounds of electricity for the duration of her pregnancy. This disturbing experiment was concocted by his father, a power hungry megalomaniac, to see if it was possible to boost the child's intelligence to match his own. The result instead... was a monster. During the birth the child instinctively tried splitting into two like a lightning bolt, searching for the fastest way to the ground. Instead of increased intelligence, the deformed child was left with a dual personality, a vicious temper, and the ability to wield electricity. Years later, he was banished from his home as his powers grew out of control. Dual-Shock turned to a life of crime but due to the fact he constantly argues with himself he doesn't come across as the most organised and competent, despite his terrifying powers. However, on the rare occasions when his two heads are on the same page, expect a villain whose damn near unstoppable!!
