He was built for one purpose and one purpose alone. To be judge, jury, and executioner. Originally his compassion was nil, if you broke the law that was it. There would be no leniency and you'd be struck down with his gavel of justice the moment he saw you commit the deed. But somewhere along the way, Judgetronic gained a heart. He couldn't punish people as harshly as his twisted government saw fit... and so he went rogue, deciding on his own laws and punishments, ones that were fair and just. As you can imagine... those in power were his number one priority and would face the worst sentence that he had to offer for bringing such darkness to the world.
