Torpedo No.001 is a veteran hero. He is the first (and last) of his kind and has a no nonsense attitude towards his wipper-snapper foes. His powers are very simple. Speed and durability. Because of this he was used as a human torpedo during both world wars. Basically if you shot him at a submarine, you could trust that submarine would meet a watery grave within minutes.
