Day 309. Acid

He's so villainous he actually enjoys bathing in acid. Sure he's lost hit right arm and a bit of his brain/head, but he's built up a terrifying resistance to its properties.

Day 202. Shadow Flare

Shadow Flare was raised inside of a volcano so hot that the flames and lava emitted by its fury were blue. His skin became burnt, charred, and covered in ash. It became so dark that even the flames that he wore as clothing would not cast light upon him. It's okay though, he's on our side, a true being of nature, and one who would rain down holy fire upon those who sought to disrupt it.

Day 187. Flake

Flake spent so long out in the sun that he burnt his own mouth off. He was so obsessed with the sun that he would travel the world, always staying ahead of night time so that he was never in any form of shade. He's also blind, the strength of the sun disintegrating his pupils. Understandably his skin flakes constantly. By using the flakes he can effect the atmosphere, like a fog of poison choking the life out of all man and animal kind a like. With other organisms out of the way, the sun will be all his, and he can finally become one with its majestic glow. 

Day 169. Redsmith

Redsmith is a blacksmith.... who forged weapons in front of the fire for so many countless hours at a time that his skin became permanently scorched and a deep red (why he had to smith naked is beyond me but.... yeah). He has always hated villainy and it's that passion that has caused to be so obsessed when it comes to forging weapons. He can create any weapon that he wants to in record speed and quality, and wield them with the utmost precision to defeat his enemies. He will only use his mighty hammer when things are looking their bleakest.
