\The other gods laughed at his power to control bubbles. Now he's the greatest hero they've ever seen. Although he cant control the waters like Poseidon and Neptune... damnit he can envelope your in a tsunami worth of suds if ever you decide to commit acts on the wrong side of law.

Suds wants nothing more than to bathe the world.... in HELL!!!! He wants to clean everything and everyone, but his obsession is so deep that in his attempt to clean he instead tends to drown. He must be stopped before his unmatched ambition becomes the downfall of mankind!
