Still a teenager, the Rainbow Kid still has a lot to learn about responsibility. But his hearts in the right place and he fights righteously for justice. He was abandoned by his parents on the bustling streets of New York. The difference about this child was that he was never found or picked up by a stranger... he simply survived on his own. Homeless for his entire life, he made his own rules and quickly picked up a sense of what was right and what was wrong. Never one to follow trends, he took extreme hair styles to fullest. He is also a master of parkour and will, quite immaturely, gymnastically mock his enemies before striking with his staff-styled-shank. His hair is particularly useful in the winter months as the only clothes that he owns are a pair of shorts and shoes but his multicoloured hair is so thick he can wrap it around himself and keep fairly snug. He's even been known to attach small knives and bits of glass to his hair and use it as whip type weapon. Having to fight for survival his whole life the ability to both run and fight and move without being seen, despite his outrageous hair do, is one of his many talents. He now fights alongside the NYPD, tackling both the smallest... and the BIGGEST villains New York has to offer.
