Green Mist is a hermit that lives deep in the forests of China and has the ability to summon a poisonous green mist up through the ground. Nobody has seen his face, it's said to have been horribly disfigured, burned and melted by the vicious fumes that he produces. He has only recently emerged from his forest home, the world becoming polluted enough for him to flourish, and put his plans to fruition. He wants the everyone in the world dead and covered in a deadly haze so that he can finally be completely alone.
