128. Cape Crusader

The Cape Crusader once belonged to a well respected super hero who wore the cape day in and day out. Eventually the super power of flight actually rubbed off on the cape and it began to think for itself. Soon it became too much of a hassle to wear as it would try to make decisions that were different from its super's. On the day the Cape Crusader new it was going to be discarded, out of desperation, it attacked its super hero mid flight and smothered him high above the clouds. Eventually the super hero lost all consciousness and plummeted to earth... the impact was fatal. The Cape Crusader was now alone and its mind twisted. Evil was the path it had chosen and now it forever soars through the skies, like a haunting specter, searching for caped super heroes to destroy as it had its own.
