His legs paralised since birth, Inktopus attached a rig to his spine and brain allowing him to move around his lair of a tattoo studio. When he was younger he learnt his tattooing art from an ancient tribe that hid deep in the amazon jungle. They feared him and his "magic" extra limbs and treated him like a god. Within the depths of that jungle Inktopus found a pool of evil sludge and decided that now was time to return home... the reason? Whoever consumes the sludge becomes slave to the person that supplied it. Using the sludge as tattooing ink, he would lure people into his dark studio and then come crawling out of the darkness to tattoo his trademark symbol on the back of his victim's necks, forcing them to become slaves to his every desire. This villain is power hungry and won't stop until everyone is under his control.
