This vibrantly dressed villain is a mighty foe of those who are partial to popping down to their favourite watering hole every once in a while. He stalks his victims through the night with a cocktail of vicious alcoholic concoctions that he calls 'Toxic'. One shot will put you into a coma. Two shots and lets just say you wont be waking up. He is the only one that can withstand this deadly brew and so its easy enough for him to trick you into a drinking game. Once you're out cold, it won't be long before the money is out of your wallet.
